Lexis nabízí svým lektorům perfektní zázemí jak na materiální, tak na personální úrovni. Lektoři mají k dispozici počítače, kopírku, internet a poměrně rozsáhlou knihovnu, což velmi usnadňuje přípravu na hodiny a to se také odráží na pohodové náladě všech - studentů, lektorů i ostatních pracovníků Lexisu. Rovněž jsem se za svého působení v Lexisu nikdy nesetkala s neochotou ze strany kolegů nebo zvláštním problémem při řešení suplování, metodické pomoci či výplaty. A konečně bych nerada zapomněla na fakt, že po úspěšném absolvování demo-lekce jsem se nikdy necítila jako vetřelec či zelenáč, na kterého se dívá shora či s nedůvěrou, v Lexisu jsem se od začátku cítila příjemně.

Jako dlouholetý spolupracovník JŠLexis musím ocenit především výborné zázemí pro lektorskou výuku - obecné i oborové výukové materiály, možnost pravidelných týdenních setkání pro osvěžení znalostí a příjemné prostory. Nejvýraznější předností JŠLexis je nedocenitelná součinnost a trpělivost příjemného personálu po stránce komunikace, flexibility a feedbacku.

Lexis is a fantastic place. Unlike most language schools that insist on holding their employees' hand through every detail, Lexis does not need to look over our shoulders constantly. This is because Lexis has great confidence in the top quality of its teachers to recognize and act accordingly towards both the needs and parameters of each individual lesson. Students are not cookie board cut-outs and the nature of education demands an independent flexibility and initiative. Along with this autonomy, Lexis provides a wide range materials to work with. It is very satisfying to have a relationship with a school which not only give us the power to craft the best lessons but the tools to realize it.
